A private transfer from Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) to the city costs €20 per vehicle with Medina Transfers for 1 to 7 passengers and €80 for 8 to 17. The drive to the Medina, Gueliz or Hivernage takes 15 to 20 minutes, the Palmeraie 25 to 35 minutes and costs €30. The price is fixed when you book and is the same in both directions.

How your transfer works

  1. Book online, pay a 50 % deposit

    Give us your flight number, the number of passengers and the name of your hotel or riad, then pay a 50 % deposit by PayPal. Your voucher arrives by e-mail; the balance is paid in cash to the driver at pick-up, in euros or dirhams.

  2. Meet your driver outside arrivals

    Your driver holds a board with your name. We follow your flight and wait up to 60 minutes after landing at no extra cost.

  3. Ride to your door

    A private, air-conditioned vehicle takes you straight to your hotel, or to the closest gate when your riad is in a car-free lane.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a transfer from Marrakech airport to the city?

With Medina Transfers a standard private transfer costs €20 per vehicle for 1 to 7 passengers and €80 for 8 to 17, to the Medina, Gueliz or Hivernage. The Palmeraie costs €30 and €120, and the Ourika road up to km 5 costs €40 and €200. A VIP vehicle for up to 7 passengers costs €80. A return trip costs twice the one-way price. The price is per vehicle, not per person.

Where do I meet my driver at Marrakech Menara Airport?

Your driver waits just outside the arrivals hall, after baggage reclaim and customs, holding a board with your name. If you cannot see the board, message us on WhatsApp at +212 661 45 47 38.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We follow your flight number and adapt the pick-up time. After landing, your driver waits up to 60 minutes at no extra cost, which leaves time for passport control and luggage.

Can the driver reach my riad in the Medina?

Most lanes of the Medina are closed to cars. Your driver stops at the closest gate or square that vehicles can reach and helps you with the meeting point. See the taxi from Marrakech airport to the Medina.

Do I pay when I book?

Only half. You pay a 50 % deposit online by PayPal when you book, and the balance in cash to the driver at pick-up, in euros or dirhams. PayPal fees (4.40 % + €0.35) apply to the deposit only, and the form shows the amount before you pay. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the deposit is received and your voucher arrives by e-mail.

Can I book a transfer back to the airport?

Yes. Choose "To the airport" in the form for a one-way ride, or "Return" to book both journeys at once. The price is the same in both directions.
