Private transport for GITEX Africa 2027 in Marrakech
The tech and startup show takes place from 26 to 28 April 2027. Here is how to organise transport for a team or a delegation.

GITEX Africa, the tech and startup show, takes place in Marrakech from 26 to 28 April 2027, at Place Bab Jdid. Medina Transfers drives exhibitors, speakers and delegations between the airport, hotels and the venue, in standard or VIP vehicles for 1 to 17 passengers.
Getting to the venue
Place Bab Jdid lies on the edge of the Medina, next to Hivernage, about 15 minutes from the airport by car. The show draws a large attendance over three days: traffic builds up around the venue at opening and closing time, so plan your rides with a margin.
What to plan for a team
- Arrivals on different flights. Send us the list of flights: each pick-up is planned with its own driver and name board.
- Daily shuttles between hotel and venue. A minibus takes 8 to 17 passengers. Ask for a vehicle at your disposal for the three days.
- Dinners and meetings. A VIP vehicle with driver for the evening avoids depending on taxis when the show closes.
Vehicles and drivers
- Standard or VIP. Standard vehicles take 1 to 7 or 8 to 17 passengers; VIP vehicles take up to 7.
- Airport transfers at a fixed price. From €20 in standard and €80 in VIP per vehicle for 1 to 7 passengers, between the airport and your hotel.
- Driver at your disposal. For a vehicle and driver by the half day, the day or the evening, describe your schedule under "Other destination" in the booking form and we send you the price.
- Several vehicles. For a delegation or a group arriving on different flights, send us the list of arrivals: we organise the pick-ups.
